To create your website -
XAMMP..sucks i know..
In the htmtl docs (something like that)
You need to delete all but the folders inside it. Then you have to create your own website for the registration page. But if your using a certain WoW creator then you can use 127.0.0.1for your website

i dont want to make one i made a lot of sites but never registrasion site dont know how to make can some one give me 1 who is ready where i only have to change the IP??
