[REL] !client.php fix for latest cms!

Ok since I got the new CMS when I had the client set to v23 loader it would show the opening holo in the top of the window and it would be little and there would be now background only black. Well I fixed it so Here Im releasing it. Chec kthe attachments, just copy over your original.

Well first of all it is the latest cms because I JUST SVNed it, and it does do something! It adds the background to the client which wouldn't show up for me before.

Oh and guys i just checked and it's not my dcrs I have the latest revision and the client is bugged unless i use this so I dont know how you fixed it. and can I see a post with a fix?
