Whats the point of waiting and waiting just to download one file?

Iv'e just finished making a file hosting thing for retros. With file type restrictions on the most commonly used for retros.

File Types: .doc, .gif, .htm, .html, .jpg, .png, .txt, .txt, .cct, .dcr, .rar, .zip
File Sizes: 51200 Bytes
