HoloCMS url rewrite just means it removes the php tags from the url. Makes it look more tidy and more Habbo like. URLS will look like

yourhotel.com/me
And not
yourhotel.com/me.php

Things i didn't rewrite -
- Housekeeping - Really doesn't need url rewrite
- Includes

And maybe a few other things. Yes, i used htaccess and didn't put them inside folders. I have tested everything almost. But there may be a few broken links. Let me know and i will fix it. Report all bugs via pm. Thanks. If you are worried about trying it because it may be buggy. I have tested all of the main features and is working for me. I guess you could call this beta until users confirm its working. Oh, and because it uses .htaccess if there is a non rewrite url it will still work.

Download:

It's on a rapidshare premium account.

I read your other post about install. This doesn't have that and will work on your existing database. As long as it was rev 60.

Ok you lost me towards the end of your sentance rev 60?? Never mind dont explane ill do what i can do.

Thanks Again.
Joel

Just put your details in config.php and it should run straight away. Without having to do install.php. If you get errors contact me here.

Errors = you have been using an old version of holocms

Hey again.

Everytime i try to set up any cms on this computer it always goes to install.php when i go to localhost ( i have edit it all and added my db to phpmyadmin) Do u think its my holo.db?????

This is great, but kinda useless, as all links in HoloCMS points to .php, so if you click on Community, it points to community.php instead of /community. I'm thinking to reorganizing HoloCMS once I get time, so all structures is just like habbo. (e.g: /habblet/ajax/habbo_search (notice no .php)). Which is easier to use and you can download Habbo's .js without any modification.
