This document from 2008 is "really" helpful in translating back and forth between languages in MS Word.
It does a better job than google

Client: Use download manager (16 threads if you can set it up), works really really good.
Source: Is approx 60 mb compressed 584mb unpacked.
You should have no issues with either and as such, no mirror required, "unless they block their own client".
