Working finally able to log into game. @tech77
Because I copied over LoginSvr file from server patch - I forgot to change the GlobalMgr port in that file as it was not using the default ports. Once I changed all to default ports - logging in works.

open the client go to Data and replace ui.dat and usersetting.dat also do it in the Language folder
