Can unpack and repack all Cfs files, has the ability to drag and drop, can regenerate C9CfsInfo.dat.

Thanks to lastfun for sharing some of his knowledge


PS i am working on braking down the GameData folder, if you have any info about GameData.c9d like structure etc please share

I am using an old client that didn't had that c9t file well first things first i will make a tool for c9d
