[Release] Client Editor v0.0.2 *OPEN SOURCE* *UPDATE* added NX Drop & Swear Filter

Many people wanted to see how this program was made so I put the download link of open source. It's heavily commented for your enjoyment~!

Information:
There seem to be a a lot of guides to edit the clients. Why download a hex editor over 3 MB when you can download my program for under 10kbytes lol.

So I just made a program in VB which changes localhost clients to your IP and now with added functions to customise your localhost. It searches through the whole localhost for the ASM (Assembly) functions so it 'should' work for any version of localhost.

- Other configurations with click of button (e.g. unlimited flash jump, fast attack and etc)
