[Release] DNT To Table (with UIString)

Hello,

I'd like to release this tool that I made today. Yes, it's almost the same as kknd713 tool DNT2Table. But since I'm having trouble using that and I think almost most of user are, I decided to make a new one.

Included:
- Customizable Server Credential (you can change it to your liking)
- Export the whole folder
- Load UIString.xml to be exported to Database (some of the dev might find this useful for collective modification)


Issue:
-If there's foreign character in the DNT file, it will break the queries. (Won't be supporting this)
