i upload on another thread but probably no one take a look so here the URLs
i'm uploading, few minutes i share here a package of files, one of these is the island war 3.0 working fine
Good luck, have a lot of fixes on that package if i'm not wrong
here the binary i have got, use Telerik Decompiler to get source code

here my source of a 4.0 Emulator working with gamehix client, with a lot of fixes on source, ( SkillPoint rewards is changed on zombie mode and counter not work ( haven't packet ) )
original source is from sdfsdf, source is improved
