[RELEASE] Launcher with DNS Update Function

Launcher with function to resolve a DNS and auto generate serverlist.bin file with the configured urls and dns resolved ips.

This laucher function in all wydserver version or only in 7.xx?

guy hes only generate serverlist.bin and the format of serverlist is the same for all versions.
