[release] Localhost v0.62. work perfect with ThePack Rev 80

I try finding in forum for localhost 0.62 but all are useless.
I have problem with KiKi when login about 1 minuste it autologout and say some thing connection force me out.
I try to use Localhost of kittonkicker on CEFand RaptorJesus but it still not work. I don't know why. So I find some IP from Nexon.

There's nothing wrong with it. Use it you'll get no virus lol. The reason it says that is because the IP is Re-routed, it's nothing to be conerned over.

This is unpacked, and hex editing WILL do that. If you don't want to host a server then don't use this, or any other localhost.
