Yes everyone, MikeRSWeb Version 4.7 is here with alot of great new updates!
We have been working on it for a few days, and its finally done!
MikeRSWeb V4.7.
MikeRSWeb V4.7 includes:

- An upgrade to the news system, If you add new head news, the head news get's turned into normal news.
- A Comment system to the News, Also includes Delete comment.
- An upgrade for install.php.
- A few inner functions have been changed.
- And a few Database changes.

BUt im pretty sure the first time i read that, it was the same as v4.5.
