i'm fix ip all i my ip (cmd > ipconfig > 192.168.1.3)

- Fix IP in "ConnectServer\Data\BoR_ServerList.dat"

- Fix IP in "ConnectServer\Data\BoR_WZ_ServerInfo.ini"

and set sql user and pass true and fix IP in Patched.ini (192.168.1.3) and run START.EXE
