Release>Perfect World Server on Redhat VMWare Image

Here is a Perfect World server set up on Redhat Linux VMWare image for download. Download all 3 parts, extract first one only. Login is Root/Root.

Start VMWare, type ifconfig to get server IP for port forwarding and to access SCP
SCP into the server
Make sure to edit glink/gamesys.conf with your IP and make sure top port is 29000 ( I edited and not 100% sure put it back to 29000 now that thinking about it)

Start with ./start.sh After loads start jetty by cd /PWServer/jetty/ java -jar start.jar
Your server and pwAdmin is now running. Change serverlist.txt of client, port forward port 80, 29000, and 8080 and you have live PW server.

Ill post repack of client that works with this server version and post it tomorrow, its uploading now.

btw after lookign around in game I figured out who the credits go to for the actual pwserver files used... Beastie, hrace, romulan and ronny
Figured out pretty quick as there are npcs with those names in the game lol

What's different about this server compared to others?

VMWare is much better than the VBox

I only use VMware =).

PS: For tests, of course
