Hello -element. Why don't you just do like ruff do?
Using the same launcher as rose, and in roseonline.lua you have to make it download a .bin file.
I don't know yet how to configure this for the updates...

This is just a beta. It's also coded in vB 6. Version 2 is coming at a later time, it lets you control EVERYTHING.

Because most people like to make their server stand out and be uniqe.
Like -element says, a new version is on the way. You should be able to move around all elements and buttons and actually make your own design, inlcuding pictures and so on. The original ROSE launcher may look good, but personally I like to have something that tells that this is my server!

I was missing some RICHTX32.OCX file, and I wasnt able to manually install it (bare windows install) and not all PC's will have those files as they are not a req. system file, so I added this link here, this library adds tons of ocx and system files you need for various things, this installs a link to their sites speed test, etc. But nothing bad! Give it a try if you get errors.

The big problem with osrose is that everyone can log with every ( almost ) versions of rose ( updated or not ) and if they update their game to 134 for example; they are crashing the server equiping bullets or arrow.
I'm looking for a way to oblige the people to connect with a good trose, so I need a launcher who can make updates.

In which way, update? From your own server, so that you can make some kind of patch?
