The official SA-MP server list is down together with the rest of SA-MP. Here is an working alternate master server list as released by mabako on the unofficial SA-MP Forum. This will allow you to use the internet and official tab in the SA-MP client again.

For server owners, you might want to download the modified servers which report theirselves to the new master list:
