[Release] Server Restart Program

Hey Guys your server crashing and having problem well heres the solution
its a server restart program which restarts your server if it crashes does it automatically

what you do you type the path in wich the server.exe is in including the .exe

(for example: C:\Documents and Settings\Mateo\Desktop\Pt Server folder\FusionPT\FusionPTServer.exe)

Server Monitor causes server to crash

This one so far is really good, good job and I like it.
