This Fixes NPCMoreTalkHandler Out of Bounds : 4 Error
Maybe It will resolve NPC's becoming unclickable?

Im doing this to Help SineSource Resurrect.

Simply not.
Edited some Things inside of Flowsion V60.

And who the hell cares. This will fix the problem Therefore Why not release it?
 
I think hes on about the exceptions error... not sure...
