i dont stand look,,,Check the resource path inside appconfig in gameserver.exe. make sure it is in correct path for Config folder
And make sure mysql is on

install net framework 4.5.2
and visual c++ redist x86 and x64 2008
after that restart PC and run mysql, config your iis server and make shure you have class net 4.0 in IIS
after that run GameServerDB, LogServerDB, GameServer.
