i have downloaded the dll and pasted in the same folder then also error then i pasted in system32 same error again:

You need to Register the Dll You can google The same how to Register Dll

just download msstdfmt.dll, paste it in C:\
go in run ---->>> type this " REGSVR32 C:\msstdfmt.dl "
