I think, ragezone need to have reputation system, so if someone do something great, other users will rep+ him.

Fact is that to give everyone the option to rep people will result in abuse, especially since it's hard to control, but there aren't that many mods, and the rep could actually be use well.
We got a lot of great members who contribute to this site, and i ain't just talking about posting or whatever, i'm talking about people who write guides, write really helpful posts etc etc, to give them some rep for it would be cool, besides if the time comes to add a mod, then that rep could help.

I agree with Gohan.

My forum has reputation working, but only admins, moderators, and subscribers can give rep to others.

It works out great, and isn't abused.
