[Req] Help with some bug(?).

I followed a tut, done it all good like it should be, but.. At the last step I had to to Hue/Saturation, so I go Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation but whats this!
Hue/Saturation is gray, I cant click or do CRTL+U (shortcut).. I picked another Tut, again I had to go Hue and Saturation but it was also gray this time..

PS: My layers werent Locked.

bro, i think your were supposed to have clicked the half black half white circle on your layers window, and click hue/saturation it makes a new hue/saturation layer and doesn't just change hue/saturation for whatver your layer you're on.
