And besides I was suggesting a person because Flawz was the one that helped me out most when I needed something bad and it had to do with a banner/avatar.....
That's the idea and it's not called spamming its called "suggesting"
Flawz, a moderator is skilled at this stuff and I'm not just saying it for fun or for no reason.
Spam: n. Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail.
I'm recommending not spamming... Maybe you should put stuff such as don't suggest or recommend anything on your topic... That might solve the problem....

ok then if he feels like it he'll reply to the topic. You cant go around recommending him, this isnt a "Looking to hire" section this is requests. If he wants to he will drop by a topic and do it. if he doesnt he doesnt need people recommending him, sure hes a great gfx'er but that doesnt mean he likes doing things for other people only.
