3. Colorado Avalanche Symbol.
4. Make it fit with the sig
5. doesn't matter, do however you wish

Im sorry for making another request thread, i attempted to make him one but i failed, and he can't register at ragezone for some reason soo, he asked me to request for him.. Thanks for whoever can do this
