[Request] Advertisement Banner

Hi, I would like to request a banner for my private server on maplestory. The size should be around 200x100 (anything close will do). It should look light, can be red, blue, green, and have a gloss feel. White "light" stripes can go across horizontaly. What I mean by that is when light reflects off metal or something. Thanks for the help! It would really be appreciated!
