I tried to hex it myself but I just don't get it.. I tried like 8 times and wonding up with nothing.. If someone can please get me this i'll be grateful. Even though the first post is going to be "goto the eathena support board and look for the hexing sakexe guide" i'll still be waiting.

EDIT1: I rather have a Base level: 255 and a Job level: 70

First: Hex your client to support level 255 (I think there's an option in the diffs by Mr.Magoo for that)

Second: go to your conf\Battle folder and there's one named battle_exp.conf I think (Don't have the files on my comp right now so I can't really check =/). Set the max lvls there. If you can't set the max lvls in that files, it's in one of the others.
