[Request]Npc Buffer Guide L2J

I am requesting a guide on how to set up an NPC Buffer in L2J. I have installed multiple NPC buffers found through search on this forum and none have worked.

I have followed Guides and Instructions on how to set up an NPC buffer and all my attempts have failed, the quest just wont load.

Any help will be apretiated

well.... first you need to see what errors it makes, post them... and i will tell ya what to make....
