Setting up odbc is just a case of editing /etc/odbc.ini on the centos machine and installing the unixodbc driver into it, no other setup needed.
Abyss apparently does support ASP but it will probably more complicated to set up than IIS as the website that comes with the server is built for IIS. All you need to do on IIS is make sure you have .net 3 installed and edit the .config gile for your database user/password. To be honest the Chinese website was a bit rubbish and i quickly decided it wasn't worth using as i know several people are making their own sites/control panels with the intention to release them here (including me).
This might help for Abyss but i have never used it myself so i can't really help any there
