For all I know, one would not give you out their design for free. So all you could do is - hire some artists to get the job done for you if you're pretty serious about your server.

Rosefile is closed so i have no way to download that site..

There could be a few things wrong... first of all, is your game, login, and world server up and running with no errors? If so, then we can eliminate SQL server config or installation of the server problems.

The CMS relies on your rose server database to plug data into and retrieve data, so if you didn't setup your server right, then you should be ok there.

Make sure you used the same database for your config for the website as you did for your gameserver.

What webserver are you using? Straight apache/MySQL/PHP installed and configured seperately? Or are you using one of the Apache Friends versions of a server like XAMPP or WAMPP, or something similar? These are all very important things you need to include before asking for help here. Let us know everything you are running, and then maybe we can help.
