Well, not all of them. There are several NGO's out there who's primary preference is fighting against those eating away this cash and making it available to the poor in Africa.

I wouldnt be really surprised if the cure was sponsored by those big time NGO's for atleast a lil bit of the AIDS effected population in Africa.
