I agree, it's ether too bright or 1 color contrasted.

The text is more noticeable than the focal.

That's really all I can comment on, it's the whole white-thing, killing off the whole tag.

Your light should be toned down just a tad, and you should work on the text. The placement seems okay (but don't take my advice on the text placement because I absolutely suck at it). The color scheme could be better, and I would add a little bit more depth to the signature.

I personally like V1. better.

Yarrr, it was hard to put in some depth since the render sucked.
Its hard to find a good render of the one I was searching but great c&c, I'll make a new version later and input some of the things you said.
