RoII.exe Problem (Not Anti-Virus deletion)

Hello, I'm new to the forums, but I have a very frustrating error with ragII.exe. I've looked about and found some similar errors, but none of them have been answered, or they aren't quite my problem. I've tried disabling my firewall, uninstalling my anti-virus programs (and anti-spyware), running it as an administrator, in compatibility mode, using applocale, having data execution allow it, and various other things. But no matter what, ragII.exe will not come up, the first time the process will end. The second time the process will not, no matter what I try, the process will continue until I have to manually shut down my computer, because my computer cannot shut down properly because it will not end the process. And then I cannot even attempt to bring up ragII.exe again, because it gives me a message saying that its already up, although nothing is. I've been working at this for a few days, and any help/suggestions would help me so much, and I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Edit -- Egh, I think I might've accidentally posted this in the wrong section, I apologize. If possible, could this be moved to the Ragnarok Online 2 Help section?

Are you launching the .exe directly, or are you using the batch file?

You must load with either one of the available launchers or a batch file, otherwise the game won't work.

You also don't mention what OS etc. you are using.

I'm using Vista, and I've tried both. And thank you for the response. =)

Edit -- Alright, I fixed this problem by using the EuphRO2 launcher. And now onto the next problem, the hackshield, which I fixed by renaming these files: EhSvc.dll to _EhSvc.dll, then copy/pasting psapi.dll and renaming it to EhSvc.dll. Which made it work, then I logged into my server, and created my character. When I went to enter the game with my character, it crashed with this message:
