Rose Online Banner Request

I need someone to help me create a banner for my rose online site 'cuz I'm not that great with graphic designing.

1. What text you want on it?
- NanoRose High Rates:5k/5k/5k
2. Specific pictures:
- Not really. Just need to have some characters in RoseOnline and a nice background
3.Size: the same as this one: Nano Rose

I really am not very sure about the standard size of a banner but I guess 500X80 would be good.

Edit: Oops! I didn't notice that max size is 468. So here's the new size 468x80. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks.
