Roseonline Launcher

ok..well..im working on a roseonline launcher..and was wondering..what would the launcher open? ..cause i tried to open up the roseonline clent.exe itself but nothing comes up..is there a certain other file to be opened? ...cause i just decided to open up client itself but nothing happens..so before i start on the launcher i would want to know what is there i would need or know...cause im still trying to find out how like the default launcher that the roseonline setup uses..is able to set the ip and be able to play on that server ip and be able to open up roseonline....i already know how to get readings from vb to .txt file ...but i need to know how to be able for vb to read it then set the value..

please help if anyone can
