1st- I all i have my server and client ready but my website is CMS-V.2.Lite and i dont like im can some one give me a website tutorial to Rose online please?

My webserver is Xampplite.

you could always just edit the pictures used, just open them, just change colors and everything.. if you still dont like it, you should look around in the release section explaining how to make a whole site aint easy

Just use DynastyCMS rev7, search for it in the release section. If you want to change the theme, edit linkfoot.png and the other link image, the tree logo is logo.jpg. After that, you can change the font colors and the menu background and hover in colour.css in the css folder. Also, if you'd like to add the Edit News function, open adminbar.php in themes/default and add <p><a href="?op=news">Edit News</a></p> above the ban option. The rest you'll have to figure out for yourself.
