I've decided to let you know I will personally infract anyone who starts an open war whether a person ripped a signature or not.

There is NO need what so ever to supply proof every time you show the people here your new signatures. If there is solid proof the user ripped the signature, this includes tutorials with .psd files or free downloadable signatures found on sites such as deviantart feel free to contact me and I will sort it out myself.

Believe it or not, there are people who learn incredibly fast and there are those who will be horrible for all eternity, and sadly there are rippers. Stop assuming everyone rip and keep it to yourself, alternatively if you have to - to me.

I think there is not needed to infract those who rip a signature, saying "he's a ripper" its like say... FU piece of noob. So, an infraction is quite useless. Maybe the "victim" will be ... pissed

maybe if they ripped off someones sig they can credit that person.
ex: "credit goes to blah" right under the sig or something
