Development subsection.

  • You will NOT post development of your sites, unless it's a [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content_management_system"]cms[/ame]. Most of those threads end up with just showing some crappy layout.
  • You will NOT post development some new town made in KWE, just show them in the showroom and then release them. Unless you are making a whole new continent, including new story line for example.
  • Post constructive comments only, do NOT post "nice", "good luck"-like comments, it will be considered as useless spam and rewarded with a corresponding warning / infraction, if you feel impressed with the developer's work use the

    button.
Σ only post development of actually usefull, with source codes preferable.

Release subsection.
  • Make your self a thread, and there release all your stuff, unless it's some great release which deserve it's own thread. People like maakera, who release 50 useless things each in it's own thread, won't be tolerated.
  • A new weapon or an armor, is not a release, there's a thread fo this stuff, so use it.
  • When releasing something, please include credits to the original creators where needed
Help subsection.

  • Read guides, search the forum for an answer before making a thread, I was around for a while, so I pretty much remember which's been already solved, so if you ever post a thread about "wrong md5 checksum" you'll be infracted.
  • Whoever post "omg search noob", "wrong section idiot" and similar sh*t, will be warned, eventually infracted, use the report button instead( you get +1 post count for a reported post ! :o ).
General section.

  • Will be used for discussion, somewhat kal related threads and eventually questions about roots and this stuff.

Rules that apply for the whole section

  • Try to describe your thread in the title as best as you can, "help pliz", "don't work" will be deleted.
  • Use the prefixes.
  • If your thread got deleted, it was most likely because it was breaking the rules, don't even try creating the same again, if you are 100% sure it was my bad deleting it, send me a pm.
  • Recruiting of team members, or if you are looking for a team, is to be placed in the Recruit sticky thread, do NOT make a new thread if you are looking for members, or a team to join.
  • Releasing some one elses work is prohibited if it has not been released before. Example: Person 1 releases repack, removes his work but has removed the repack. Person 2 has already downloaded the repack, and then re-uploads it. This is allowed.
  • Reviving threads that are extremely old, example: 16-08-09 wich is from 16 august 2009 is not allowed but let's say reveving a 6 month old thread is acceptable.

Thanks for reading, enjoy.

Some of you doesn't seem to understand the obvious so:

Tutorials goes to tutorial section.
Releases goes to release section.
Help goes to help section.
Development goes to development section.

MMKAY?

----------------------------------
Regarding server discusion threads.

If you want to advertise your server, you should do it here and here Server Advertisements.

From now on, it will go like this, you make a thread in the advertisement section and after the server is running some time, you can make a disscusion thread here, to ask this section's members for their proffesional opinions, and you will not link directly to your server, but to that advertisement thread.

Kal Online Section Update

Hi Everyone,

Please make sure SURE SURE to report every bit of spam you see in the Kal development section... I check each and every report and need all the help I can get in order to turn this section back into something respectable.

The spam here has been out of control for far too long and it would appear there are handful of people who still show concern for the development and there are truck loads of people viewing the release files everyday.

With that being said, we want to do everything we can to make sure things go smoothly here -- So once again I remind you to REPORT EVERY INSTANCE OF SPAM YOU SEE. The little things will add up and we should all start to see an improvement very soon.

[This post is a merge from another thread, thought it was worth keeping since this still applies. // Justei]
