RZ is going downhill

I was reading this thread ( http://forum.ragezone.com/f250/congratulations-to-theaj-524294/ ) and i'm afraid i have to agree that is going downhill... i realized that every once in a while a few people say it, usually after changes have been made, some have been really piss poor...

But here is the thing, people just tend to bitch and moan everytime something changes, good or bad, there is always bitching... here we got a topic made by a guy who's done a lot for this place, which gets a fair share of crap in it, and it gets closed by a person who's done a shitload for this place because it annoyed the hell out of him.
Now what exactly is the subject? TheAJ was made supervisor, i don't really know him, i can't judge whether it was a good or bad choice, i do however trust in the topic starter and closer, so i trust that they believe he can do a good job at it...
Seriously people, why can't this just be enough for you, why can't you just give it a chance, and hell, if you still believe it's such a bad choice, then send Exy a pm instead of bitching about it.

I've seen my fair share of mistakes in this place, i usually know when i see one, i see no indication that this is one, i truely doubt some of you do, my guess is that you just do it to bitch...
So yes, RZ is going downhill, it's been going downhill for a long time, because every year we have more idiots bitching about things that they know jackshit about...

My advice to the mods to counter this all is to just infract and ban these types of idiots.

Idiots are tbh not the real problems, they can be easily disregarded, it's the supposed "normal" members that are the problem. People like Genryu who constantly bitch, spam and flame, are the problem.

He became a supervisor of the MMO servers section with the super's approval. And they had approved him becoming a mod of the GunZ section before because he had done a great job with RaGESCAPE. Plus hes a great guy (who learned how to code from me). The only objection people present is that he dosen't have enough "experience". He has proven himself to the seniors and Exclamatio and that should be enough, like you said Gohan.

And yeah some normal members are beginning to become pains. Its not Genryu though because he actually has arguments to back up what he is saying and he may flame and spam, but its Genryu and we love him : Others however take it a bit too far with their repition and attempts to gain acceptance into the "it" crowd.

To be real, he is a bit right though, I rather have a guy like you being a supervisor then him.
Judging by his posts, not the work he did such as deleting spam etc etc. Since you can't see it as a normal member.

Well I personally don't know AJ but by reading the thread provided by Gohan he claims that at times he's immature. Now maybe some people think people of authority don't get to be immature, and need to be serious all the time to make sure the job is done right. They say he does exceptionally well so I don't have any complaints.

And that's where you are very mistaken. In the past 3 months i've made like 5 posts in this section... you know why? Because it's filled with trash, people who are constantly bitching about other people. I honestly wasn't that surprised that the topic got ruined, Raff should have just posted it in the Outerworld. But regardless of that, this attitude is unacceptable in my eyes, thus i can't be bothered with this section.
The same goes for a lot of people, either not visiting/posting in this section, or just not at all on this entire forum.

People grow up, now we can't expect that this forum grows completely with us, but with the increasing amount of bitching, people will leave due to it.

So if by banning people who constantly bitch we get some quality members back (or we keep them in the future), then i'd say give me a ban button so i can help out.
