Also the maybe work on the smudging behind the guys head something seem off with that also.

the problem with the smudging is that the guy was by a wall so it might look odd...

It looks fine, I don't like the thing that the left side is gray and right one white, but I guess that's because he was near a wall. Smudging is decent. Text could use some attention as well. Overall I'm not impressed because I saw a lot better sigs by you, but it's decent.
