Scroll Bar disappear when posting a response.

i tried to write a post here and scroll bar disappear. I had to do f5 in order to get scroll bar again:

Went to Spamzilla and just happened, then refreshed page - still happened.
Went to couple other threads - was all fine again.
Went back to spamzilla to double check - all was fine again.

Weird.

Took a while but the culprit has been found and fixed.
