Q:2. how to put money or bounty in my char?
Look in your db, open this table: dbo.Character. Now look for bp in that table, and just fill in what you like

Just don't use the launcher, or use Xiao's runnable

Or Some Custom Maps Have the Respawn Glitch. So that Can Be One Issue.
