Server Lagg

Hey can any1 help me about Kal Max server I've got it all working, but when i play the game, It got lagg every second' and its not lagg from computer (not enough ram or gay 3d card or low mghz) its lagg like im connecting to kal with 56k modem laggy on connection but i create this game on local , can any1 help solve this problem?

well.....dont host server and play on same pc

o ic, so there isn't any other way ? to fix that? + the SQL light (the green Light) sometimes blinks a little tiny red litght at the bottom of the green light
