Server listen on wrong ip

Server listen on wrong ip.
i have opned port 5432, 5861, and 9958.

i put my ip in config and and in database.

whats wrong

I forwarded 5816 and 9958 also, and yes it doesn't work. :S

Routers and servers don't mix unless you know what you're doing.. which 99% of home users don't.
