Server on centOS 5.3

Hi all out there...
I've got a question...

Did some one test to run a cabal server on CentOS 5.3 ???
I tried to run a server on 4.7...it works...but i cant install my W-Lan stick on it...coz when i try to install ndiswrapper(to compile the windows-driver of that stick on CentOS) it gives me an error..i have to install another package...and the next Package needs 5 other packages...
so i cancled all installs and now i am downloading 5.3...

especially when it ask " Do you installing on centos 4.x" ???

Or any differences ???


EDIT : Do i have to make a full Installation ?? with all packages ??? or minimal installation ???
Maybe you can give me a little hint ???

When asked if you are upgrading say no. When asked if installing on centos 4.x say no and the install script will try to download all of the packages it needs. For the centos install even a very minimal install would be ok, in fact it is recommended as no desktop leaves more ram free for the server.

but there is only one Problem...

My W-Lan sticks(chipset rtl8187b - Netgear WG111V3 / rtl8187L Level One WNC0305 and sis163u Digitus) are not supported on centOS...even 4.x and 5.x...
i tried to install ndiswrapper to get the Windos driver installed...but even ndiswrapper dont want get installed on this system...
yum doesnt work...everytime when i want to install ndiswrapper the system give me an error(the Base repository dont work well)

nothing works at the moment...everything goes wrong...
