Server problems + screenshots

Hey, I recently switched from wireless to DSL while I was finishing a server I was making. So I changed all my IP's in the conf and SQLyog, and forwarded the ports. Before I switched I got to the character select screen then it froze at "Waiting" . Now when I try to log into the server I get stuck at "Connect to Server" . I've changed my WAN IP a lot because the WAN IP some sites tell me are different. I'm currently using a Quest 2701HG-D modem and according to some website's my WAN IP is 192.168.67.91, 192.168.65.148, 75.169.65.148 . I'm also running the server on OsRose v.80.

Hope someone can help me with my problem :mellow: and, yes there is an error in the ServerIP in WorldServ.conf, the second one. I fixed that right after I took the picture so please don't tell me it's because of that.

use your server's WAN ip in the IConfig file for launching the the game and it should work

If you want a good Rose.
you can use No-ip.

why use no-ip?
1st)if you restart your comp , you don't have to change the IP in the server files.
2nd)if you give your rose to friends , and you change your ip , THEY HAVE TO CHANGE ip in luncher .
3rd)site is hella ugly when you type IP..

Yeah, so I got all the IP addresses changed to my WAN IP and I still can't connect to my own server. I changed the ServerIP for CharServ, LoginServ, WorldServ, WorldServ2, IPConifg, and SQLyog. I got pictures of my Conf files and IPConfig, and my computer screen showing the tab called Server DEAD.

If you start a rose on your own computer always use 127.0.0.0_test

He is using OSRose EVO server not the OSIRose.

If you use your WAN ip on the server you should use the WAN for the client Iconfig also.

try testing with just one channel and make sure it all works first, then move on to two channels.

Hey, I got the problem fixed. It turns out that I wasn't using OsRose but OsiRose so the IP Adress 127.0.0.1 worked. Thanks for your guy's help, now I just need to find out how to view my Xampp website using the WAN IP...

disable ping block in your firewall/router
open ports
make sure that xampp is running ^^

Thanks, but now I have to rebuild my server because of a Xammp error that messed up Apache and MySQL.

Use hamachi

put the server ips ur hamachi IP

O.K. , so I can log onto my server but my friends can't. It might be because of the IP's or maybe because they only edited previous IPConfig.nhd files... and still, no one can access my website but me and my ping block is disabled, my ports are forwarded (Open, meaning in firewall?) , and Xampp is running.

your friends should ping you
cmd -> ping yourip

if they become an answer than it must be the configuration of the rose server... the *.conf files

they cant ping your LAN ip, if they arent in your LAN (hamachi)
if they ping 192.168.1.XY, they ping their network

try:
127.0.0.1 as server ip in the 3 configs
127.0.0.1 as the rose launcher ip
start xampp and mysql =)
test mysql password
disable firewalls

Yeah, I already stated above that I was using the IP 127.0.0.1 in the conf files. I havn't tried it without disabling my firewall but I'll try. I probably should open the apache port too though...
