Server under maintnance

i got everything right ive checked and rechecked latest files and everything ran the rose gameguard thing and still get server under maintnance

i wanna fix this please ._.

themega guide was way to spamed out to get help in so i made a new thread >.> anyone who knows how to make a server work got msn if you do pm me and help me please =[

I did my lan ip and done a name got to th servers then it said all servers under inspection somethin new?
