No chance to find free Galaxya files.
You can keep checking chinese/vietnamese/taiwan forums daily, maybe some kind person share it. But very very low chance.

It's one French guy. I sent him souce code of ch3 when i had full source. He upgraded it and now selling it. His name Thomas.
