Setting up server problem

Hey guys i followed the rules did everything right even copied field and char from client then when i opened it it said intilizing or something like that then when its done it says connection error someone please help!

Thats the point thats complicated i don't understand how to do the client and server stuff.

Thats the hard part? No offense but your better off joining a private server than creating one.

lol i did everything but i don't mean hard i get confused easily it says like over write that with that and don't forget that I GET SO CONFUSED i know how to do SQL and stuff but at the need it says connection error when i open 4096.exe
