open your default.charclass and look for wENABLE_NEW_CLASS = change it to
- 0 = All new class restricted
- 1 = restrict Ninja, Magic
- 2 = restrict Magic
- 3 = restrict Theater
- 4 = All class enabled

It cannot find <random> I think it is in c++11 feature
I don't know how to enable c++11 in MVS 2008, because I did nothing in the past still can build but now I cannot build anymore T_T

and for your particular problem I have never faced this error message before, it works on my machine.
are you trying to open the app? can you check you DLLs under your folder, please copy all dlls from shared GS client, it contains your missing one

make sure you have min 1080p screen resolution to see save button or if your monitor native support is below 1080p make sure to portrait your monitor so u can see the level edit full option my monitor native resolution is 1360x738 so all i do is make it portrait
When tried to create Male Magician there is an error on fieldserver and it creates Brawler instead of Magician. But no problem in female creation magician.
